1) How much money is in the court registry accounts and how did almost one billion dollars arrive in these accounts, what is the balance and where did these KNOWN monies come from
2) With a multitude of hundreds of redacted documents, there must be information relating to a 350 billion dollar organization in 2008 assets
3) How much came from the infamous 363 sale, where did these monies go and how much is left
4) How many dollars are in the three Wells Fargo accounts that were set up to handle large amounts of dollars
5) It is well known there is a DST set up in Delaware along with a Delaware 1031 Exchange so the ONLY reason to set up a 1031 Exchange is to transfer assets legally without tax penalties - what are these assets worth
6) When SG dropped the (5AT) Fifth Amendment Taking language, did he sell us out or did SG get something large in return and if so how much is this and yes no doubt this would be court-sealed and redacted
So, you see hotmeat, unless you can answer these questions honestly, YOU KNOW NOTHING! The reality is there will be some very large recompense UNLESS you want to believe SG sold us out which is a possibility until we know for sure one way or the other which will come post bk closing.
