EMBR has a direct connection to Microchannel Technologies (MCT*C) read links at bottom.

Here's a chart of MCT*C prior to its recent split. Their stock price ranged between 0.015 - 0.05. They had 183M OS at the time. Their market cap was $3M- $9.1M



Microchannel's market cap ranged between $3M- $9.1M in 2018 -2019 period prior to it being spun off by MCT*C in June 2019. Microchannel Technologies is now a private company looking to RM with EMBR.
