While it's clear that the attempt to regain control of the TPS assets failed in court, it is possible that the REITS holders did not lose their right to cash distributions from said assets.
It has been confirmed that the $4B invested by the original TPS holders was backed by $13.5B in actual assets and as such, depending on the quality of those loans, they could provide a return.
With Tranche 6 now including WAMUQ, WAMPQ, WAMKQ and REITS, any distributions generated by performing TPS assets could possibly result in cash distributions to our Markers.
Although I hope this is actually the case, I honestly don't have much confidence that such an event will occur.
