An injunction might kill Insmed, but (correct me if i'm wrong), injunction was not part of the jury instructions; meaning, Insmed's attorney was not referring to injunction because he knew the jury couldn't decide on that. . .
I'm still troubled by this 'theatrical' statement, as are plaintiffs. . .
