Meanwhile, the new owner, the JV that bought it per every court document and monitor's report since September of last year, have taken possession of the plant, moved in, modified it, hired 35 staff members, and are preparing to run it. Guess they haven't read the fairy tale, eh?
No title needed . I guess the vesting order is just a fantasy in fantasyland. The judge really didnt mean it . He was just writing it for practice. Did he throw it away after he signed it ?
