These are the funds they needed to complete the facility and get it up and running

I think they will accomplish that in the first quarter next year

Because it is attached to the previous funding, it is highly unlikely to be dilutive in any way

Any one got a verifiable link to the permit mentioned in the PR?

If not, what company name would the permit be issued under? Get me the actual name and physical address and I can locate any real permit, if it really exists?
