it looked like the guy he was with had a tag, perhaps he knows him. everything is shrouded in mystery l, whether there is anything more to the poc, or whether its meant to lead people to believe there is, i dont know. i don't see a reason for some important information, like an update about FINRA, to not be disseminated. it makes me very uncomfortable that it is not.
