Technically that’s not untrue ... but no in this case , CEO communicated publicly that official PRs will be released , a week later went in depth with the PR company he will use and some teasers and it’s not his fault if everyone thought that meant in 3 days 10 days ... knowing that Q3 would be dropping mid October anyway why wouldn’t the assumption be PRs , news, and fins dropping together.
