Sorry, but as far as I know there are no ongoing lawsuits, unless there have been some class actions filed against erhc recently for any number of possible reasons. So it is important you provide a list of the "ones being carried on" you are referring to.
We also don't know how much is being spent on legal fees since the company elected not to disclose such seemingly important information. For all anyone knows, Ntephe handled all the legal matters since ERHC filed its 8-K almost a year ago disclosing how it had been financially devastated by past litigation. Or maybe any subsequent legal fees were handled thru litigation financing as was also mentioned as a possibility in the 8-K which just happened to be the last filing from erhc.
So I reiterate, to have a constructive discussion on the matters you mentioned, it is only logical that the first step would be to demonstrate that such matters even exist. Otherwise it would be simply another debate where one side uses facts and the other makes up alternative facts or speculation in an attempt to validate any and all imaginary situations they can come up with. I think there has been quite enough of that and the share price and current state of trading clearly shows that the real facts won out, as they eventually always seem to do.
