It's nice to hear we're starting the Phase 1, though not terribly surprising: a B pill was likely feasible, and it had to be done, we'd been told it was planned, and it was almost certain we'd have to do it on our own. What isn't certain is what happens after. The questions and hope are: will it be a 2b and will we have a partner for it?
The company has repeatedly said we are in multiple, advanced, ongoing negotiations. Multiple means more than one of course, and I am fairly certain B-OM is one. I think K is another. But the latter is very likely very ongoing, in that the potential partner is waiting for adequate further development first. What is that? The K pill safety? Another (more complete) K-OC phase 2A? The B pill safety? A B-UC phase 2A?
So we wait.
