Are you ACTUALLY STATING that you have in your possession 100% irrefutable EVIDENCE of monies to be distributed to the classes and your reverse engineering what class will get what?

Yes thanks AZ. The DTC will automatically issue payments to escrow holders on record through Computershare when the bk closes.

I don't understand why this is even in question.
Just as those extra shares were automatically disbursed into our accounts before, glitch free, so will payments from the trusts.

Been a tough 11 years for everyone, but the cavalry is coming.

AZ, arent we already suppose to have gotten a approval or denial of an appeal to Judge Walrath's ruling on Alice Griffin's case? Do you think the delay means they are being forced into a settlement? so that her case wont become public? As I recall we should have received a yes or no answer from the appeal judge by Labor Day.

Also, I missed your earlier reverse engineered numbers. Would you mind posting them again?

AZ, Did you get this recently from any of your trustees related to your Class 17 holdings or was this buried somewhere in the Dockets?? I was a late-comer to Wamu from 2011 and not really aware of court proceedings before that. TIA & GLTU!
