They tweeted inspection end of next week, then they can enter into contracts. No one is going to enter into a contract if there's it's unknown if they can fire up the facility and deliver.
Highly unlikely they will waste any time negotiating contracts once the have a green light to run and I would speculate preliminary discussions are already on the table.
They also said in a recent tweet, a reverse split is not even up for discussion at this point #BuildingValue
At the molasses drip on a cold day rate this is trading, considering the two billion shares to offer, this is going to need some news to get some accelerated volume. Hopefully news to get a big bump.
