How can you call it "capital" (an asset) on the one hand, and then say it is for "increased debt liquidation" on the other hand???
You can't have it both ways. If its not being booked as capital (and ergo shareholder equity), then it violates the 5th Circuit ruling on the 3rd Amendment Sweep. This is a continuation of the Sweep, and I believe that Collins should appeal this FACT, if they have not already done so in their Supreme Ct. cert filing.
Time for an injunction to make sure USG confiscators are in compliance with the 5th Circuit ruling....
