It may seem like it ... SEC already closed for the day and I think submissions for them are only done through business hours??? I could be wrong. But as I always said the first one will have hiccups and the rest streamlined after a learning curve from going from OTC to SEC complaint. What we do know is they are now registered with their CIK so it is just a matter of moment to see it. I kind of don’t want to see it before opening bell though because I don’t want any gaps. Am I selfish? LOL
