"was destroyed by a horrendous reverse split."

Reverse-stock splits is something I have vehemently opposed for many years. I have posted two messages voicing my opposition on this message board. If you would like to know all of my reasons for such opposition, you can go to my personal profile by clicking on my alias (blogger name) and it will bring up my profile page. Just click onto the number following 'posts' and it will bring up all the posts on this site.

The two about reverse splits are entitled:"Nothing bad happened from the last reverse split"; and "-reverse split could heal this-". I would like to recommend it to other readers here who are still not sure how to view RRS.

I was not owner of Hemp, Inc. stock when the RRS happened in '08, or whenever it was. But, I do remember reading that Bruce was quoted as saying something to the extent that he felt that a modest 1:10 split wouldn't affect the investor that much. No reverse split is generally without consequence, and I tend to say that he is not likely to repeat such a mistake. That ill-fated split cost Hemp Inc. exactly tha same percent damage as it did the loyal investors who owned Hemp Inc. at the time.
