The date was Octoder 16,2006 that is the date that was set and that is the day for shareholders of record that will recive the 6x1.As for the dillution the new shares will bring into the CSHD IMO it was not built in, and CSHD did not take market forces into account, right now giving the 6x1 to the shareholders of record is a bad thing as it will move the pps down even more.
