Interestingly, though, its most recent periodic report is a Q for the period ended 31 March 2018. Obviously they're moving more quickly against these companies.

OMFGawd what took them so long, this has been going on for a decade, sec approved everything the money laundering LEXG stock ticker wanted, A/S increases, R/S times like 10? and 250 Million bucks in Alex and friends pockets. this was a scam outfit from day 1, and SEC simply allowed it
