Have generic drug cos filed "friend of the court" briefs on the "obviousness" patent issue?

I suspect so, and suspect they make the opposite argument that the major drug companies do.

Combining two drugs into one pill may be more obvious than changing the delivery method, so there will be many questions remaining after this Supreme Court hearing is over.
