EDIT...I wonder what happened when Gary Rennie called the ME?? He was given the information 1 1/2 weeks ago to be able to verify Wessel.

The fact that we haven't heard anything from him about it means that we have probably cleared that question up.

I re-evaluated on Aug. 23rd: "Assets have been delivered to Nevada" (lie)
I re-re-evaluated on Nov. 15th: "Date certain delivery for AF" (lie)
I re-re-re-revaluated when the stock went from .11 to .02.
I think I need to re-evaluate my technique for evaluation.

Hog, it wasn't a holiday in Canada. It was business as usual as Canadians have their turkey day in October. Given what has transpired I suspect the priority right now is covering the co's/mgmt's arse and not creating value for you poor fellers. JMHO.

Steve S's azz will be on the line. SUPPOSEDLY PV has been the one that reviewed the AFs. SOX requires the one that signs off on them, IF they get filed with the SEC, to verify that filing. Sulja was the one that put the prior unaudited financials up on the site for us ALL to see. I DO believe that the audited financials will come close to the unaudited financials. I DO believe that Mr. Sulja has been reviewing the AFs to see any discrepencies that he may need to have changed, and might not want to sign off on in their past form. I KNOW that I WOULD do that if I were signing on the dotted line. The UPSIDE still looks HUGE on this stock to me. Sulja need ONLY confirm his unaudited financials that HE already confirmed by posting them on the site. I think we bust the 52 week high very soon, JMHO. I'm moving and haven't had time to watch the trading, but I really think it doesn't matter in the long run. The AFs get confirmed by Sulja, which were AF's he already had posted, unaudited, or they don't. They don't, we lose our ass. They do, and the contracts that were supposedly going to get PR'd come out after the AFs come out, we win BIG. Meanwhile, it's a 10% flip every day, but it's trading in a new channel. IMO it's due to break HARD to the North when the AFs come out. IF the AFs don't come out, it could break as hard to the South. Meanwhile, the longs wait for the word from Sulja. Come on Steve! Give us the AFs!

So, that was one week ago and we also had the holiday. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's had two full business days (yesterday and today)to get his arms around the mess that Petar left behind.

Based on that, I expect a statement no later than Friday. That would give him 5 full business days, which should be enough time to figure out what's going on.

If I see no communication by Friday, I will be very surprised and will have to reevaluate my position at that point in time.
