Yes , but there are so many signs that news will positive . The last 10Q was through date of June 30th.
So much has happened since then ...


Since July 30th
-Marty Paris resigned ( reduces a $90k a year expense )
- Patents now held exclusively by PCT
- Increase in sales
- Hits award
- increase in distribution
- added additional products
- oil and gas deals
- agricultural deals
- hospitality
- possible merger / Aquisition/ buy out
- Managemant prefer stock over $

So many positives ... expecting a 8k anytime now ;)
