Does not work that way

Only a small percentage of the volume was actual dilution today

Most of the selling was retail

Looks like some may have sold to jump in another trip ticker with 10 times more shares in the float

I like the float here !

You can spot the conversion by looking for large 5 digit cross trades or t trades after hours
