$LAHO secures extension i.e additonal extension of 30 days from original 8K (150 day closure end Oct), places end of Nov at 180 days.

The Letter of intent 8K was signed on May 28th. The closing was to take place within 150 days of that date which would take it to the max at the end of October. Supposedly, without even any amendment to the 8K, the parties have agreed to an EXTRA 180 for the closing.

That would mean anytime prior to the end of APRIL 2021.
