Not once it was in discussion since last r/s that took place earlier this year! Price per share will go up naturally within a month or so, I see it trading above a dollar on its own. Company has plenty of time to get it there to meet Nasdaq requirements.
No not at all and don't see it coming as the PPS will rise Due to the Toxic debt being almost paid off and the Backlog of 2.1 billion and more business coming.
Also Jason Few the New CEO has alot of Big connections with the Energy Companies... He will bring in all the connections needed to now have FCEL the largest Hydrogen Fuel producer in the world.
We will be Above $1 sooner then what most think IMO
