There were no negative incidents during the SequestOx PIII trial. BTW all trial participants were permitted to eat whatever they wanted; i.e. fatty or low/non-fat meals. I believe that is what Chasing is saying.

Well, of course, SequestOx has zero casualties since the FDA has declined to approve it and allow it to get in the hands of patients.

Even in clinical trials so far jour.... not a single mishap. There was more than one BE trial.... the original and one other.
No incidents at all. Not one. Even with the "T-max" issue.

Why wasn't OxyContin held to the same standards? MONEY pure and simple.
The payoffs aren't working now though, are they? Because the individual states are suing, not the Feds. This administration left it up to the states and their AGs are going after those companies that are reckless with their prescription opioids. Companies like J&J, Malinckrodt, Purdue, the lawsuits go on and on.... States want to get in on the action before the money dries up and companies like Purdue are a thing of the past. States like Ohio, West Virginia...… Oh, it's not looking too good for big pharma, even though they want to settle up in a hurry and get it done.
Not just Big Pharma, but distributors like McKesson and Cardinal are going to feel the money pain.

So SequestOx zero casualties.... OxyContin THOUSANDS.

it got into the system of at least 163 patients. 0/163 casualties. Perfect record. See Phase 3 for more information.

FDA has declined to approve it and allow it to get in the hands of patients.
