Please tell us about the ‘history’ you are referring to? If you mean from years ago, you can blame that on former management. Current management is responsible for history since 1/2017. And again, the price since January of this year has gone up 150% and gave a 1 for 4 share dividend in NGIO which will have value very soon. I would take that ‘history’ FROM EVERY ONE OF MY POSITIONS!
