Short term traders are playing the momentum off of "phase one" (filings to bring shell current with SEC/OTC), and then taking profits. Next phase will be SOS filings announcing merger and possible Name/CUSIP change with FINRA. This will bring fresh momentum and new buyers. It's all still speculation at this point, but the writing is on the wall. Be safe. Buy the dips and sell into the spikes. 100% gains are frequent on these kinds of low-float plays. Just watch your entry.
All these penny stocks are like that. Many come out with great news and they fall. Others have no news or filings for years and they soar. No rhyme or reason for it. Nice late day buying though Fri.
