Being a 1/3 partner may present some issues with the theory that Falak Properties may roll their assets into PSPW, no? It would make more intuitive sense to me if Falak owned the business entirely. I'm not sure but haven't thought this possibility through entirely. What are your thoughts on this? Potential valuation of a reverse merger?
