serfdon the only legal NSS is for a market maker to NS to keep an orderly market in an illiquid stock...PERIOD and that is a rare occurance and for only a short period of time.
Naked Shorting done off shore is NOT LEGAL. It is OCCURING but it is certainly ILLEGAL in the USA ! The brokerages who are alowing that OFFSHORE naked shorting is the VERY FRAUD I am talking about !
