The REAL DEAL , I believe this penny market can be cleaned up.
To say I shouldnt invest in the pennies because it encourages fraud is not the way to deal with it.

There is ZERO excuse for it not to be cleaned up. All the FRAUD can be cleaned up and it must be cleaned up.
