Churak , I am glad you asked ! NO , I AM Just a common individual shareholder of CSHD , CMKX and many other OTCBB and Pinksheet stocks and may I add a United States CITIZEN .
I am a US CITIZEN who has invested in the market for nearly 20 years and holds many blue chip stocks in my family's porfolio.
Besides my Bluechip holdings ,I have taken RISK money and have invested in the pennies during the last 8 years. I am very well aware of all the shenanigans that thePUMPERS and SO-CALLED BASHERS have tried to blame the ups and downs in the penny market on.
But I also KNOW that there is SERIOUS FRAUD ...IE ..ABUSIVE SHORTING and NAKED SHORTING that is going on as well. It has already been reconized by MR. COX of the SEC in a public meeting, so it can NO LONGER be denied !
All I want is a fair and equal playing field for all investors including the hedge funds , institutions, broker/dealers alike. I want everyone who invests money in the stock market regardless of the EXCHANGE to be playing by the same set of RULES with no exceptions.
All FRAUD must be eliminated and prosecuted including those that ABUSIVELY and NAKED SHORT the market !
You naysayers will not discourage me at all. I FIRMLY believe that the SEC/DOJ/FBI/CIA are ALL trying to fix this market at this VERY moment.
I will HOLD tight for the OUTCOME !!
