since my dc switched from mass...to maryland...my service went downhill...so i'm thinking it is isolated mainly...and am sure the culprit is the maryland distribution center(imo)--best of luck!

I live in Northern VA and use the Maryland DC and I have not had any problems with my service.

thanks tdd814u. Wow! NFLX- 3 days. GZFX-3-8 days. hmmm..and why would I want to pay MORE for GZFX and wait longer. I don't give a crap about Games and the whole "one account for games and movies".. I don't play games
