Agreed most companies will not comment on pending litigation. Even with this ruling I would still consider this pending litigation and there are other lawsuits still pending. His lips will be sealed.
Probably say something if asked to the extent that "we are reviewing our options but seeing this litigation as ongoing I cannot comment at this time."
