I do not see the benefit of a relationship with a food distribution company when CBD food product is prohibited by the FDA. If someone can change my mind I am happy to listen

Tywebb, in my opinion the benefit is huge because United Natural Foods isn't putting CBDs into food.....just into health food stores.

UNFI is a distributor to Whole Foods, in addition to many other health food/natural food/organic food stores. I think the chances of getting our product into many of these stores goes up significantly when they're being repped by an existing vendor. And it's not some small "one-product" vendor. UNFI is a big company. Even with the stock falling over the last few years, it's still a $490 million market cap company. Here's the description of UNFI from TD Ameritrade:

United Natural Foods, Inc. is a distributor and retailer of natural, organic and specialty products. The Company's segments include Wholesale and Other. The Wholesale segment is engaged in the national distribution of natural, organic and specialty foods, produce and related products in the United States and Canada. The Other segment includes a retail division, which engages in the sale of natural foods and related products to the general public through retail storefronts on the east coast of the United States; a manufacturing division, which engages in importing, roasting and packaging of nuts, seeds, dried fruit and snack items, and its branded product lines. Its operations consist of three operating divisions: Wholesale Division, Retail Division, and Manufacturing and Branded Products divisions. As of October 22, 2018, the Company had offered 110,000 natural, organic and specialty foods, and non-food products, consisting of national, regional and private-label brands

(Yes, stats from October of 2018 shows that TD Ameritrade needs to step up their game lol).

UNFI is a seriously real company that can help get CBDU's product sold. If they get the product into Whole Foods, that's massive. If they get it into some smaller health food chain, still a good thing. And if they only sell it at their own retail sites, still better than not selling it at all. One thing at least is certain: a big distributor like UNFI didn't listen to CBDU's sales pitch and say no thanks.

I think you make good points in your post though, as you always do.

Best,
G

TYWEBB just a few comments; The UNFI deal is important and significant. UNFI is a major distributor and doesn't take on just anyone. How do you or we know that UNFI isn't already distributing CBD Unlimited's products already? Regarding the last quarter, yes it wasn't what many expected but sometimes things happen, there could be delays in the AR or an unusual big order comes in during a quarter and yes, it's about the money but I think it's on the way. CBD is definitely growing rapidly I see it all over where I am and it's just getting started. Regarding the $1.20 buyout offer rumor, people can say or make up anything they want on any message board and something like this should not be taken literally or harped upon. As far as I'm concerned it's a rumor. I think patience here is important.
