You might have a few investors who bought at the highs, but not much. Maybe a total of a few thousand shares, but many held.
I’d say no attorney can make anything even if 15 investors came forward each with 10,000 shares each at $3 (nearly impossible IMO). $30,000 x 15 = $450,000. If they sold at our low of $.17 (highly unlikely, but worst case) x 150,000 = $25,500 or $424,500 loss x 33% (attorney fees) = $140,000. Not much on this bone for the dogs to split.
