Mr St James should be filing some type of changeover/resignation 8k form, real soon. He actually has no choice, the state is making him be accountable for neglecting his fiduciary responsibilities of this shell, that was left on his lap a couple years back. Simple clerical legalities can be done by a solid business team here :) for cheap!
