Yes, the changeover took place to a Mr Reiner. I forget what his line of business was, I appreciate this shell more for value. IMO, the SS and the filing history is simple and clean in comparison to the other shell he changed control over to. The other had a r/s and a/s of 1.5b, if I recall correctly.
