Real companies do IPO's. You see all manner of rationalizations that these reverse mergers are better, but in each and every one, the company gives equity in itself to the bagholder's stock that is already issued and outstanding, and that is always far more expensive than the costs of an IPO, at least for a real company. Those shares are already out there, and sloshing them back an forth in the market does absolutely nothing for the alleged new business.
Tell me why this company had to go public in the first place? What, exactly, is the company (since nothing has happened other than the scammer acquiring the shell) that is allegedly being gifted to the shareholders of this company?
