after going down to as low as $2 with the old regime, not a bad recovery if it happens

and remember, the big investors on this play are special situation troubled company buyers like tappan, ronin, white etc... once the big inflection point happens, they typically move on to the next troubled company.. all imo...

also, the comment about expanding incrementally... my guess is a dedicated suite or suites for manuf for a single client probably halo related...
