If there is a plan (and I have mostly reservations), it probably will have more holes in it than Swiss cheese. Why? Because we all REALLY know that Fannie and Freddie were not defective and therefore, did not need reform. All of this wasted time was a diversion to see if the TBTFs intentions could materialize.
