We may end up in a pinch, if AF's aren't out by the a.m. Buying obviously heated up after this post and that may bite us if it doesn't hold up.

If Ed Hayter's history remains true,audited financials won't be out tonight,or anytime in the future either.That promise is just another in a long string of lies from this company.Hayter has issued PR after PR promising AF's over the past two years,why is now different?Is it because he again changed the A/S from 200 mil to 500 mil behind everyones back while the website still claims it's 200 mil?We've been through this one before,lol.

There are a LOT of posters on this board that have come over here from the SLJB board, and we are sick and tired of people making "predictions" about when the AF's are going to be released there too...Even the CEO's have done this numerous times in official PR's...Six times to be exact, and we are all wondering IF they even exist...

My suggestion to you is to WAIT for the company to release the AF's, and STOP making unverifiable predictions of when they "might" come out...According to Mr. Ed, the CEO of this company has used the Dangling Carrot of the AF's for a LONG TIME here too...

Pretty soon, CEO's won't be able to get away with this tactic on the Pink Sheets, because everyone will know it's just another old trick to pump the PPS up while they dump millions of shares into each PR they put out about "AF's"...

And again, one of your posts from last night is nothing more than pure specualtion:

I called the company today, and they were on site at the golf course that they were aquiring. So my guess is the deal is officially and legally sealed by the end of this week :)

I suggest again that we wait for the Company to release official PR's when THEY are ready to announce that a deal has been inked, or that the AF's have been released...

IMO, your creditability on this board is now in question...
