Not my view at all. I think he's trying to signal that he believes that at some point in the future he has a chance to buy shares for $3.04 and sell them at the then prevailing higher price. This did not cost him a penny. I view it as another "pump", (which may allow him to dump), nothing more. If exercised it it is an expense to NBEV and as such a cost to shareholders. What a great deal. NOT!
