SIAF doesn't own the Distribution Center. Nor the Wholesale Centers. Those are Chinese entities. And the setup is complicated. Not only because of the collateral, but the arrangement between SIAF and those entities as well.

the "company" either owns their own trading and distribution or they don't -

not complicated

revenue from purchases and sales either include their own inventory or they don't

not complicated

the "company" either receives the net spread from the sales of their own products or they don't

not complicated

the company has its own bank accounts to receive trade revenue or they don't.

not complicated

IN ALL CASES - THEY DON'T - NOT COMPLICATED!!!!!
