From what I could gather talking to the Acela rep yesterday and from what you heard today on your CDIX call back, both sides want very badly for the deal to close.

They worked Hard on it over the Labor Day Weekend.

I'm impressed that they returned my call within 15 minutes.

The company is VERY OPTIMISTIC that they can ink the deal shortly.

There are No bottlenecks, or disagreements.

Lawyers are finalizing the details as we speak.

They are aware of conv debt holders selling, but believe they are mostly done.
