What's the difference Rock, it appears they are more or less a trading company now, hell they could have done that from the start and save on hell of a lot of money (our money) and be at a lot higher valuation. I wish it was a fraud but I am afraid Solomon is just incompetent. Why he is allowed to remain by this weak ass Board is beyond me. Never again will invest in (1) a Chinese stock and (2) a company controlled by supervoting shares. At least I learned that.
