There is only a few strong holders on this thing, the ones that own well over 200,000 shares, I personally know 3 individuals that own well over 100,000 shares and they and they don't plan on selling anytime soon, including myself, mind you we also have Justin Costello who is in control over 10% of the float, you never know he could be buying still or his buddies, so if we all controlled half the float, say 1.7 million shares the other one is the tradeable float, which the traders buy to sell either the same day or trade it for swing, so, in essence give or take the tradable float is 1.7 million shares, at some point there will always be sellers, some would settle for peanuts and some for much bigger gains. There is no such thing as float locked down, float locked down only applies to cult mentality stocks, at some point one is going to need to sell for emergency funds, at some point one is going to sell to chase other stocks. But what we have here people that control that 1.7 million strong and long, once new blood comes and sees the potential they will be part of cult, then float will get tighter and tighter, it all depends on ones comfort zone.

You're absolutely right with that!

If ALL just would hold their shares PPS would go stellar even by small buying pressure!!

Let's see what happens! ;)

I'm in several 'Lowfloat-Gems' right now, the key of your success

will be your level of patience, patience is the absolute key at stock-market! ;)

(*if you're invested in lowfloater gems in best case that means: Big business, good S/S with low 'FreeFloat', no dilution, no debts & no toxic convertibles & almost most important: PPS should show a big undervaluation!)

GLTYA!

Not everyone will hold. You will end up with a different set shareholders. Some will hold for the big prize and some will churn out. It is human nature, fear and greed that keeps everything cycling. The NEW shareholders will most likely have paid a higher price for their shares.

In theory...let's say the float gets locked up. But someone wants in badly. They put in a market order for 1000 shares. But there are no sellers. The market maker will then put up "fake" or naked shares to sell. He is then in a bad position(short) and will need to make it up in future trades. He could do "nothing", but brokers will not like it if their clients call saying they can't get their orders filled.

But let's say the stock price is .50 and the market maker is already down money for the day. He COULD fill your order at .75 and make back .25 a share at your expense. He would then most likely sell a few shares at .50 and bring the price back down and pocket the difference.

If their truly are NO sellers and buying pressure is great, the PPS goes parabolic.

I hope that made sense.
