exactly - keep raising the offer on NO VOLUME while keeping the bid the same price and see if people notice the problem. it's that and when the end of the day it's a $0.12 offer and $0.005 bid but someone hits the offer at the end of the day for 1000 shares and then another "announcement" follows - we just shake out heads and walk away.
if NEWCO really made $2.5MM in the last 6 months then with the market cap at just 125% of net after tax income for the year - they need to start repurchasing shares immediately. it's a guaranteed 75% compound annual return on cash - in perpetuity.
