Try a nickle, you might have some luck. There is no market for SECI shares, other than the false market that a few criminal manipulators pretending to be selling or buying SECI for their accounts while just swapping shares amongst themselves to give the appearance of a $6 PPS. The SEC will find these stooges also, there is NO WAY to hide from securities fraud (if you want to get paid). Some have no idea how easy it is for them to be put in jail, or heavily fined for what I've witnessed going on with this so-called company and 'investors (the omni-present penny-stucks are NOT investors by their own will, just stuck)
Well, who the hell are you, might be what the SEC is asking about ANY INVESTOR and their SECI trading account; particularly the ones who bought in just before the SEC shut this obvious scam down, with the CEO laying on thousand dollar estimates per share and the gullible doin' what the gullible do: too f'n bad eh?
