I thought to be on NASDAQ a company had to have a minimum $1.00 pps and many ($5??) millions in the bank.

Still though this is fairly dramatic.

idk whats going on buy I do know I made a small
fortune on this stock a few years ago and it looks
like it may be time to get in again! it has a book
value of almost 3 cents a share! GO CLWD!!
