$25 per preferred share? What an odd share price for any share from CLWD. I can’t help but wonder how will this affect common shares?

This thing has been doing it’s impression of a flounder quite well, for some time. You know, with all of the laughably nebulous PRs that have come out (“with a major utility Co”) - what’s going on now???
