A scam like SIML never stops diluting until they leave the ticker for dead or it is suspended and revoked by the SEC.
Currently a new RS is not foreseen or anywhere close (but you never know), as soon as the OS is growing into several billions it might happen any day. Not there yet, but who knows next year. At current levels, the OS will be growing exponentially as more shares are needed to satisfy converted debt amounts.
